Our story
Local roots, an expanding delivery network.
Newsolutions was founded in India in 2009 by Prof. Krishna Kanth Sharma with a clear belief: technology creates value only when it solves a real problem.
As client requirements expanded, the organization developed operational presence in Singapore, the UAE/Dubai and Sri Lanka. A corporate structure through Oktol IT Technologies in the United States strengthened overseas operations and support.
In 2022, India operations were reorganized through SR Technologies. Newsolutions continues as the customer-facing brand connecting the group’s engineering, automation, software and digital capabilities.
